We loved the central location, with great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself easily accommodated our large family, with enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The clean and comfortable environment allowed us to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the excellent broadband connection was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected and entertained during our stay.
My children wanted more spare linen available in the apartment. It would have been helpful to have a few extra sheets and blankets so that we could have had the flexibility to arrange the sleeping arrangements to ensure everyone got a good night's sleep.

A reasonable base for sightseeing in London. Impeccably clean rooms, incredible location not far from tube and other locations in London, and oxford street and shopping centre.

The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable retreat for a memorable stay. Despite a few minor issues with the toilet and shower, the hosts were quick to respond and resolve the problems. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a modern kitchen and comfortable bed. The broadband connection was excellent, allowing for seamless connectivity. I had a fantastic experience at this serviced apartment and would highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this awesome apartment just off Oxford Street and it was worth every penny! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was unbeatable with great shops and restaurants right on our doorstep. The staff were friendly and helpful too!
My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a more varied breakfast selection.

The location of this apartment was absolutely fantastic! It was so close to all the best restaurants and within walking distance to many of the famous landmarks in the city. the process of receiving the keys was easy and hassle-free, which made check-in a breeze. the apartment had a modern kitchen, comfortable bed, and a warm and cozy atmosphere. the Nespresso coffee machine was a great perk and the good hairdryer provided added convenience.
That the shower head wouldn't stay up, making it difficult to take a proper shower. the water temperature was also hard to control, as it tended to be very hot.

The location of the apartment is excellent, with many great restaurants and sites within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. Guests appreciate the convenient Nespresso coffee machine and good hairdryer.
As a light sleeper, the noise from the surrounding restaurant scene and early morning rubbish trucks can be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

Close proximity to Oxford Street, lots of amenities nearby. Loved having the entire apartment to myself. Safety features were on point, just what I needed for my daring adventures. Cons: Who needs a lift when you can climb three flights of stairs? So much fun!

Great location, close to Oxford Street. Loved climbing three flights of stairs to get to the apartment. The nearest airport was London City, which obviously made my trip so much more exciting. Loved the feeling of being all alone in the apartment, with no staff or anyone else to bother me. The washer/dryer was a plus, because who doesn't love doing laundry while on vacation?
It was so thoughtful of them not to mention that the apartment was on the second floor with a steep staircase. Just what I needed, a workout carrying my heavy luggage.

I had always wanted to visit Trafalgar Square and chose Bond Street Serviced solely for its proximity. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient housekeeping and easy check-in process. The well-equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances was a major plus.
Shower head won't stay up and water temperature is hard to control. Smokey smell from wall heaters.
